Resident-only purpose
This is a resident schedule review and private trade-discovery tool. It is not the official approval system for any schedule change.
Source of truth
Amion remains the schedule source of truth. Program leadership and normal program processes retain responsibility for final changes, approvals, and policy.
Schedule visibility
Approved residents can view the schedule information needed for browsing, Social Rounds grouping, and private compatibility matching. The operator does not review private searches.
Social Rounds
Social Rounds groups broad schedule sites from Amion metadata or rotation labels. The app does not collect GPS or device location and never confirms availability or physical presence.
No patient information
Do not enter patient names, MRNs, clinical details, or other patient information anywhere in the app.
Professional use
Use the app to review your own active schedule and to identify possible conversations. Real trade discussions and approvals happen outside the app through normal program channels.
Account security
Use your own email and do not share your account. The operator cannot view your password. Account recovery uses a private reset link sent to your email.
